Zee Hopman Constructors specializes in new home construction, existing home additions and renovations, and construction management. Our projects range from small Keys style cottages like the Harlan residence, featured in Florida Architecture, to large scale developments, like the thirteen home Bonefish Bay. The majority of our clients are not full time residents of the Keys, and we are well versed in working with out of state homeowners and their architectural and interior design teams. Each project is overseen by Zee personally, with all concrete and finish work done “in house” by our skilled team of carpenters. Our subcontractors, like our employees, are local, some of which have worked with us since the beginning.
